Services
Wudart provides interior design services including but not limited to residential design, space planning, lime wash finishes, and custom furnishings. All services are subject to a separate agreement detailing scope, timeline, and fees.
Consultations
Submitting a consultation request through our website does not constitute a binding agreement. We will review your request and contact you to discuss potential services. Consultation fees, if any, will be communicated in advance.
Intellectual Property
All designs, renderings, plans, and creative concepts presented by Wudart remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for their intended purpose.
Payment
Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and final payments, will be outlined in the service agreement. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension of work.
Limitation of Liability
Wudart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
